ही बातमी पेपरात छापून आली आणि जोशी लगबगीने गाडी विकायला निघाले. वाटेत कुलकर्णी भेटले.

कुलकर्णी  – काय रे ? कुठे चालला आहेस एवढ्या घाईघाईने ?

जोशी - अरे, तू आजचा पेपर वाचलास का ? helmet घालणं सक्तीचं होणार आहे.
मी विचार करतोय की गाडी विकून टाकावी आणि कारच घ्यावी. स्वस्त पडेल.

कुलकर्णी  – काय वेडा झालायस का तू ? कार स्वस्त आहे का helmet?

जोशी – अरे, तुला समजत नाहीये. मी आज सकाळीच ही बातमी बायकोला आणि मुलीला दाखवायला जात होतो तेव्हा त्या आपआपले कपाट उघडून बसल्या होत्या आणि बोलत होत्या, "आता एवढ्या सगळ्या साड्या आणि ड्रेसप्रमाणे, मॅचिंग helmet घ्यायला लागतील."
